*All-inclusive rates include the marathon and hotel. (Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, and buffet dinner, cakes and desserts. Tea, coffee, and snacks at the milongas. ALL INCLUSIVE!)

* We only require a €100 deposit. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Details will be included in your registration response.

*One- or two-night stays are not accepted. We have a limited number of single and triple rooms available.

*Full refunds will be issued before January 1, 2026. No refunds will be issued after January 1. Refunds will be issued after the event in May 2026.

*Due to hotel policies, daily admission to the milongas is unfortunately not possible from outside sources.

*The first child under 12 stays free. The second child under 12 receives a 50% discount.
